I'm just trying to reply to your Trustpilot also but I’m so sorry you’ve had this experience, especially with your little one having sensitive skin. I completely understand why you’d be upset.
I’m a mum myself and only launched this brand in December, so I would never intentionally mislead anyone about materials. The brand is built around creating pieces our little ones love, that last and can be passed down. Whilst polyester isn’t for everyone, these pieces have actually been really popular.
I'm presuming this item was bought at one of our markets I've done, as on the website it clearly states that it is polyester. I did explain throughout the day which items are 100% cotton, which have a bit of stretch, and which are our teddy/fleece pieces (which are polyester), but I’m really sorry if there’s been any confusion there.
In terms of pricing, as a small business there are a lot of additional costs involved, from smaller production runs to shipping, import taxes, shoots and marketing, which larger companies don’t face in the same way. It’s something I regularly try to be open about on my Instagram too.
