Shipping Times

• Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items.

• Pre-order items will be dispatched once available (you’ll be notified by email).

• During busy sales or promotional periods, delays may occur — please check your email (and junk/spam folder) for updates.

Delivery Notifications

• Dispatch confirmations and tracking details will be sent by email.

• Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order.

• Tracking is included as standard.

Important Checks

• Please double-check your order details (items, sizes, delivery address).

• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or missed deliveries, an additional postage fee will apply to resend.

Carriers & Rates

We currently ship using Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

• UK Standard (Tracked, 3–5 working days): £3.49

• UK Express (Tracked, 1–2 working days): £5.99

• EU Standard (Tracked, 5–10 working days): Duties & taxes included in price

• Rest of World (Tracked, 7–14 working days): Subject to local customs duties & taxes upon delivery

Delayed Delivery

• UK Orders: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days of your dispatch email, please contact us at gday@roobie.co.uk.

• International Orders: Please allow 10 working days before getting in touch.
