All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities, for example if stock runs out or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked, and delivery dates are estimated only.
4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) by default, and may be displayed in local currencies.

We accept major credit/debit cards and payment methods shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes are included in EU orders. For Rest of World, customs duties or taxes may be payable on delivery (see Shipping Policy).
5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items.

Pre-order items will ship once available (estimated dates will be provided).

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

UK & EU customers: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund, in line with consumer law.

International customers: Returns may be accepted for store credit (excludes shipping).

Faulty items will be refunded or replaced.

Sale and clearance items are returnable only where required by law, or if faulty.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including images, designs, logos, and text) is owned by ROOBiE. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
